Updated: Sept 2008

Adjusted the 3D model to add more polygons for the fuselage
combined push rods for the v-tail as the actual airplane
also ties them together for elevator control only. Also made
some small adjustments to the .par file.

Note, this airplane requires full up elevator for ROG to keep
the tail wheel on the ground and ground tracking straight.
