QUOTE(ALANXP @ Jan 24 2005, 09:55 AM) Rx battery is in charge to power the receiver or Rx in short, usually is a 4 cell rechargeable pack which goes inside your A/C or Car. Regarding Futaba 6YG I'm affraid that is not able to charge the Rx battery from the transmitter (or Tx in short), this radio comes with an overnight wall charger to simultanously charge both Rx and Tx batteries. If you need a field charger look for the Hobbico MKII Quick field charger or some similar charger. Attached thumbnail(s)

I would highly recomend this charger because it is so inexpensive with all of its features. As stated before, you cannot charge the Rx battery from the Tx, but i think that that Rx will alow you to use the Tx to operate the servos Rx to set and check your settings. I think that is the best you can do, other than getting a nice field chareger. -Keith
