Hi there,
What are the specs on your computer. IE how much memory, what graphics card, what processor.

Have you made any significant changes to you computer in the last couple of days? If so, what. If you want to get some more fps, try lowering the resolution on your computer. Also, if you want to experiment with it, and you have windows XP, pull up the task manager by pushing ctrl+alt+delete and then right click on fms and set priority to high or above normal. That should work, let us know,
